Harry Styles has been showing off his new look this week.

The As It Was singer, 29, flauntedhis toned physique in a pair of green swimming shorts as he went for a dip in the public pond in Hampstead Heath, London on Sunday.

The singer, 29, went shirtless displaying his impressive abs and his array of tattoos across his arms and chest as he walked along the dock barefoot.

Cooling off from the British heatwave, the star performed a perfect dive into the water and went swimming, showing off his bronze tanned skin - leaving thousands of fans feeling hot under the collar.

Harry's remarkable transformation didn't occur overnight - the star has been working hard with his personal trainer to achieve optimum results using an array of strict diets and exercise methods. So, how did the singer become the ultimate hunk?

Harry's personal trainer: Brad Gould

The key to Harry's brand ripped new body is personal trainer Brad Gould, 33, who travels with Styles wherever he goes, and can often be spotted dancing along to his performances from the side of the stage.

The PT hails from Bournemouth, a coastal town in the south of England and roughly a two-hour drive south-west of London.

Gould is a strength and conditioning coach who has helped the Watermelon Sugar hitmaker achieve his famous six-pack abs and stay in shape while on the road.

He's also accompanied Styles during the Australian leg of his tour and a number of award shows, including the 2023 Brit Awards where he flashed his abs onstage.

Styles and Gould appear to have a very close friendship outside of their training sessions.

Styles now does 'more weights and running' than ever before which has helped contribute to his more 'masculine' physique, his Pilates instructor says.

Gaby Noble, 43, who runs Exhale London, said regular client Styles is a 'very active person' who is 'incredibly healthy'.

'With Pilates, Harry predominately works with core, breathing and lung capacity – because of his singing – and with his hamstrings because he's moving all the time. He's become much more nimble.

'Harry would come in and leave the studio on his own. He would say hi to everyone, he's normal.

Styles also regularly uses a £200 Pilates foot corrector, which helps strengthen and lift the arch of the foot and improve balance.
